Existing Users

Minimum top-up

You need to have a Minimum Top Up of IDR 30,000 to rent ReCharge Powerbanks (for non-promo transactions. This minimum top-up can still be used as usual to rent a ReCharge Powerbank. This minimum top-up cannot be withdrawn (non refundable) but can be used continuously until the balance runs out.

Refund

You are not able to request a refund. If you still have a ReCharge Balance in your account, you can use it to rent a ReCharge Powerbank so you can prevent a low battery!

Collect powerbank from the Machine

You can Rent and return a ReCharge Powerbank at any available ReCharge Station near you. You can find the location of ReCharge Stations from the ReCharge App on the “Discover ReCharge” menu to find the nearest one. ReCharge Powerbanks can’t be charged at home.

ReCharge is available in Jabodetabek, Bandung and Yogyakarta with over 1,000 ReCharge Stations. To find a ReCharge Station that is closest to your location, simply visit www.recharge.id or open ReCharge App and select the ‘Discover ReCharge’. If you have enabled location access, the nearest ReCharge station will be automatically detected and shown to you on screen.
